		<description>Actually, it's entirely possible to write with someone else's style and personality. That's what translators do, and it's what ghostwriters do, too. But it's a fairly rare skill, and it involves close collaboration with (or study of the existing works of) the original source. 

That's neither worth doing nor advisable for blogs. The only ghost-blogging I do is for a blog where the content matters more than the identity of the person who wrote it.</description>
