Totally agree with you guys about lists, i bought a list from a ‘reputable’ source, sent it once and got banned from my email service (lucky not to get a blacklisted domain i guess….).
Quality not quantity really does ring true for lists and traffic.

Hi guys. Thoroughly enjoy the podcast but did not enjoy signing up for your house list.
I never received a confirmation message either by email or the sign up process to say I had made it on the list. Instead I got stuck in a Dada Mail Vortex of captcha’s and verification.
Red Sabre Tip: Make it easy & make sure it works.

Thanks for the tips. I DO already own my name and have taken steps to get myself on Wikipedia and am already on Alacrawiki.
But I still carry about six blogs (yes, all linked) and a few Twitter addresses (bowlofcheese and jeffcutler).
I guess my main difficulty is showing different faces to different people.
On Bowl of Cheese I like to be a little random while as Jeff Cutler I want to be seen as a professional writer with 20+ years of advertising, journalism and marketing experience.
Keep up the good work. I will someday make it to Natick for the morning recording. OR I could just hope you guys finally do Marketing Over Cocktails.
