[...] The Engaging Brand – Today Anna Famery interviews the authors of Gravitational Marketing, and learns the secrets of how to attract customers to your brand. We talk so often about tools and tactics and the media, it is easy to forget that customers are the sole reason a brand is able to achieve to success. Definitely give this episode a listen if you are interested in expanding you’re own customer base. For Immediate Release – On Monday’s edition of the prolific podcasting duo, Shel and Neville channel Media Bullseye’s theme for the podcast this week, and discuss John Cass’ “Cluetrain questions,” where he follows up on the 10th anniversary of the book’s launch by asking questions of bloggers in regards to the progress we’ve made. Thursday’s edition was rather “Twitter-centric,” with a discussion of Twitterfone, among other reports. On the Record – Eric Schwartzman returns from vacation with a bang to interview Josh Bernoff, a principal analyst at Forrester research and the author of Groundswell: Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies. Josh discusses his book as well as the upcoming Digital Impact Conference. PRobecast – The Topaz team covers their usual wide variety of interesting topics this week, and I was most interested in their lead-off discussion of controlling incorrigible spokespeople. that is, what would you do if you had to deal with a controversial figure who represents your brand? I am sure my superiors wouldn’t like it if I suddenly started spouting controversial beliefs on Twitter, just as Sen. Obama was made to deal with his pastor’s controversial remarks. Haha, good podcast though!
