I still use it socially to keep up with friends and family who use it. But because of the real time communication potential I send links to articles promoting charity or event work I am involved in, get feedback on ideas or surveys, and most recently (with the snow and ice storms this week) communicated with local twitterers about road conditions, weather updates, power outages, etc. I use the regular website while at work, but also use Tweetie on my iPhone. Try restarting iTunes, if that doesn't work you might want to try unsubscribing and then subscribe again.
