		<description>Regarding proxy servers and Tor networks - the problem with these solutions is that you are just as likely to be encrypting traffic for unsavory characters (organized crime, terrorism, child porn) as you are to be helping out those struggling for democracy in Iran. This may not bother some but one should probably be aware of the ramifications.</description>
